As the lead UX/UI designer and SharePoint developer, I am responsible for enhancing and maintaining the experience and interface of the software applications for managers and end users.

Ensure all SharePoint Online (SPO) sites have optimized information architecture, adhere to UX/UI best practices, and meet 508 Compliance standards.

Lead meetings to consult with users, gather feedback, and analyze data to improve user experience.

Plan and manage new SPO sites, setting priorities, meetings, deadlines and ensuring timely development of these sites.

Configured and customized SPO sites, lists, libraries, and forms to meet specific business needs, providing seamless integration with other enterprise systems. I helped manage SPO security, permissions, and site collections while troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain optimal performance.

Write knowledge articles for the O365 support portal so end users can learn more about SPO and UX/UI. I also present these articles in agency-wide meetings for NASA center shop owners.

Worked as a SharePoint Online (SPO) developer and subject matter expert on UX and UI. I was responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that enhance organizational collaboration and efficiency. OneNASA Initiative - Created NASA’s first agency-wide intranet by researching and developing a collection of sites in SharePoint Online (SPO). My role in this initiative was to apply my UX and UI knowledge to improve the development of SPO sites.

OCIO Front Door Initiative - Organize, migrate, and consolidate all content and sites for the Office of the Chief Information Office (OCIO) onto one localized platform and develop a "front door" hub site for this intranet. As the only UX designer I advised, lead research efforts, implemented, and improved the UX and UI of the hub site.

OneTool Budget Portal - Consolidated two budget portals into one to create a one-stop shop with a seamless experience for the end users. As the only UX designer I advised, lead research efforts, implemented, and improved the UX and UI during the iterative process of the portal’s discovery phase.

Collaborated with marketing, customer service, food service, special events, and multiple camp teams to create compelling visuals for various campaigns, including social media, exhibits, special events, and print materials. Managed multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality and creativity.

Worked directly with the CEO to create visual concepts and illustrations for potential museum exhibits, including displays, interactive installations, and educational materials. Collaborated with exhibit team and companies to gather data to create compelling visual narratives that could enhance the visitor experience. These concepts were pitched to various VIPs including military generals and NASA representatives for sponsorship opportunities.
